We’re looking for a Wholesale Sales Director to be the leader and chief architect for Buck Mason's Wholesale Division. Ideally you already have a deep appreciation for our brand and product and a careers worth of knowledge navigating the wholesale apparel industry.

What You'll Do:

    • Build the brands wholesale distribution strategy.
    • Manage goals and growth for department store, independent boutique , and B2B businesses.
    • Collaborate with partners to build and strategize wholesale product development.
    • Lead seasonal buyers appointments and follow-up.
    • Manage customer service and partnership for wholesale partners.
    • Implement and manage product knowledge and store visit program.

Who you are:

    • Excellent knowledge of brand building and distribution strategy
    • Excellent communicator and brand representative
    • 8+ years Wholesale Sales experience with strong background in menswear.

Buck Mason designs updated, modern American classics for daily wear. Founded in 2013 by Sasha Koehn and Erik Allen, who were neighbors in Venice, California, they initially set up shop in a 350 square foot garage off Abbot Kinney Boulevard. Using old school manufacturing techniques combined with modern technology, they took an architectural approach to product with the goal of making fashion less complicated, building each piece to last beyond a single season. Much of their product is made in the USA, where you can often find Sasha and Erik on the factory floor.
